NetIX to win the first place in Capacity Awards 2017
NetIX Communications is shortlisted as one of the two exchange platforms to win the Capacity Global Carrier Awards 2017 in the Best Internet Exchange category.
NetIX participates for the first time at the event and is chosen directly as one of the two best Exchanges for this year among 474 IXP's existing worldwide. Given the 20+ years background of the other big exchange platforms, NetIX provides its services to the market for less than 5 years. NetIX has the biggest network coverage and number of connected markets and peers, compared to other exchange platforms.
The company has started its global expansion by adding the US Miami PoP – others are yet to come shortly.
The nomination follows up NetIX successful performance at Forbes 2014, Best Startup winner and at Forbes 2015 – Business Development & Best Startup runner-up.
The winner will be announced at the ceremony on Wednesday 25 October in London, during the Capacity Europe event, October 24-26.
