No network freeze at NetIX
Over the seasonal holidays in December and January, many networks impose a 'network freeze' meaning nothing happens to their network during this time except for standard monitoring and emergency help; there aren't service turn ups, upgrades, or service moves for a couple of weeks between the end of December and the start of Jnauary.
NetIX will not observe a network freeze. Our 24/7 NOC team is just that - 24/7.
However, please keep in mind that many of our suppliers and partners will be enforcing a network freeze, and therefore we won't be able to implement some third party services.
We strongly advise that if you have a service you need to get turned up, upgraded, or moved, submit these requests ASAP so our team can carry out your requirements before other networks start their freezes: [email protected]
